Scrap Friends Colour Challenge - Trekking With the Hmong

Hi everyone!

There's a new Colour Challenge up at Scrap Friends and it is very cool :) I immediately thought "kraft paper" when I saw this palette.

This last October we were trekking in the north of Vietnam and were joined by a group of Black Hmong women heading back to their village. It was amazing to see how nimble they were up and down the slippery, muddy hills in just rubber boots!

I got inspiration to use my Snow Tex paste from Pop & Colours 2. Nadia Cannizzo taught a great workshop there!

Have a wonderful weekend!

  3. What an amazing story behind the layout. I love how you scrapped these amazing photos. My family went hiking up the Grand Tetons this past summer and I found so many people to be fearless in their non-hiking shoes!!!! Your layout is stunning, too. The background looks absolutely amazing, Miae!

Ghislaine
